The use of our materials in these situations will be limited to those individuals covered by the terms of the teaching or group-learning licence, under the terms of the licence. Any breach of this condition will be regarded as a breach of the agreement between the subscriber(s) and Signworld, and may result in automatic termination of the subscription, without refund or compensation, and we may also require that you pay the appropriate licence fee for the use made of the materials.
Access to subscriber-only materials is via a user name and password. If you purchase a subscription, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. If you access your account through a third-party computer, you must ensure you logout after use.
You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.

10. Subscriptions/purchases
When you subscribe to or purchase a service or access to materials from Signworld, the conclusion of a contract between you and us will take place when we debit your credit, debit card or PayPal account.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence or breach of the Data Protection Act on our part we cannot be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data provided by you when accessing or ordering from the website.
11. Price and Payment
All prices shown are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. We reserve the right, however, to change prices at any time. Such changes in prices will not be retrospective to subscriptions already paid for in full.
Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card through a PayPal account. If you do not already have a PayPal account, our website will enable you to set one up in order to make the payment.
You confirm that the PayPal account that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, this will immediately invalidate and terminate the contract between us.
12. Cancellations Policy
This policy sets out your right to cancel your contract for the purchase of a package from us, Signworld Learn Limited.
Where packages are available via online access you will be entitled to cancel the access within 14 days of your purchase.
On cancellation you will receive a full refund.

To meet the cancellation deadline it is sufficient for you to notify us that you are exercising your right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects Of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
13. Eligibility to Purchase
To be eligible to purchase goods/subscribe to services on this website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this website under English law you must:
